Kentshires® are a new breed of miniature cattle developed by Professor Richard Gradwohl at the Miniature Cattle Breeding Research Facility in Covington, Washington USA. This is the only facility of its kind in the world. The Kentshire® was named after the City of Kent, Washington. The City of Kent has adopted the Kentshire® as its official breed of miniature cattle. There have been inquires from many other countries wanting to start herds of Kentshires®.
